3. Workshop Registration Terms
Students registering for workshops must adhere to the following terms:

- Conduct & Discipline: Professional conduct and respect for instructors and fellow participants is mandatory

- Batch Changes: Participants may request to change to another batch only if done within 7 days of workshop start date
- Late Cancellation: Late cancellations (within 48 hours of workshop start) will not be eligible for refunds
4. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Resyvex Institute's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

5. Course Enrollment & Payment
All course enrollments are subject to acceptance by Resyvex Institute. Once enrolled, students are responsible for paying the full course fee according to the agreed payment schedule. No refunds will be issued for courses not completed by the student.
6. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Methods: We accept online payments through bank transfers, credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. All transactions are processed securely.
Refund Eligibility & Process:
- Within 7 days of enrollment: 100% refund minus any administrative charges
- After 7 days and before course/workshop start: 90% refund
- After course/workshop has started: No refund; students may transfer to another batch
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
- Cancellation Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing through official channels
- Non-Refundable Items: Certificate costs and examination fees are non-refundable
7. Counselling Disclaimer
The following important disclaimers apply to our career counselling and guidance services:

8. Certificate Policy
Resyvex Institute issues certificates upon course and workshop completion. The following policy applies:
- Eligibility: Students must complete the course/workshop with minimum 75% attendance and satisfactory academic performance
- Certificate Issuance: Certificates will be issued within 15 days of course completion
- Certificate Validity: All certificates are issued by Resyvex Institute and are valid for professional and educational purposes
- Duplicate Certificates: Duplicate certificates can be issued upon request with a small administrative fee
- Digital & Physical Copies: Certificates are available in both digital (PDF) and physical formats
- No Guarantee of Recognition: While our certificates are industry-recognized, Resyvex Institute does not guarantee acceptance by all employers or institutions
- Certificate Revocation: Certificates may be revoked if it is discovered that students engaged in academic misconduct or provided false information
9. Student Conduct & Behavior
Students agree to maintain professional conduct and adhere to all classroom policies. Resyvex Institute reserves the right to terminate enrollment of any student who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
10. Attendance & Academic Performance
Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and active participation in all course sessions. A minimum attendance requirement of 75% is mandatory to be eligible for certification. Academic performance will be evaluated based on tests, assignments, and projects.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, notes, videos, and assignments, are the intellectual property of Resyvex Institute. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials outside the context of the course without explicit permission.
